how is the build £0? what's the actual catch?
Serving a small static site from a modern edge network costs us pennies a month. £5/mo covers hosting, support and our margin with room to spare — so we don't need a build fee. The "catch" is that we're betting you'll stay because the site is good. That's it. That's the whole trick.
does the £5/month ever increase?
No. Flat means flat: it doesn't scale with traffic, pages, or years. If pricing ever changed for new customers, existing customers would be grandfathered at £5.
what exactly is the domain markup?
A couple of pounds a year on top of the registry's wholesale price. We print the exact all-in price per ending — including renewals — before you buy, and the domain is registered in your name, so you own it outright.
what happens on cancel?
You email us. We stop billing, send you an archive of all your content and images, and point your domain anywhere you like. Exit code 0. No fees, no retention scripts, no "are you sure?" loops.
can you build me an online shop?
No — we only build brochure sites up to five pages, because doing one thing well is how the maths works. Need a shop or web app? We'll tell you straight and suggest where to look instead.
